Abstract: Education is the Foundation: What Form Might China’s Education Finance Infrastructure Take? What About the US Experience?

This Article reviews the experience of the author related to the US finance infrastructure designed to attract and form capital to support loans to students so they can get a higher education and technical and skill training after high school. It offers an overview of a possible model for China to consider the next steps in designing an education finance infrastructure to support its students.
